S.P.R.E.A.D - Final Partners Meeting and Conference

The final conference of the Erasmus+ KA2 project "Sharing Good Practices for European Activities Development - SPREAD” was organised by ESSENIA UETP at Stazione Marittima in Salerno (Italy) on the 11th of September 2018.

The first part of the conference focused on the intervention of local authorities that collaborate with Essenia speaking about their mobility experience. The speakers included Mr. Gianfranco Valiante, Mayor of the Municipality of Baronissi (SA); Mr. Emiliano Barbuto, Headmaster of the Institute 'Galilei-Di Palo'; Ms. Angela Fiore, teacher from the Institute 'Santa Caterina-Amendola'; Prof. Giuliana Rago and Prof. Claudio Naddeo from the 'Trani-Moscati' Institute.

In the second part of the conference, the partners involved in the project presented their topics of expertise sharing good practices from the trainings held at European level. In particular: quality in transnational mobility projects; tutoring and mentoring; intercultural aspects; the ECVET methodology, validation and recognition of skills; ICT tools for the management of European projects and the dissemination and exploitation of results.

The public was very interested in the themes due to the variety of the objectives and the dynamics of the presentations. The discussion followed during the aperitive in which questions, ideas and greetings were shared among partners and participants. The consortium expressed the satisfaction of the results achieved during this 2 year of implementation. The upgrade of the competences and skills of the staff on specific and relevant issues related to mobility and the development and reinforcement of European networks.

The "Good Practice Guide for the implementation of transnational mobility projects" will soon be presented on the official website of the project.
